Do you have to pay back unemployment if you made money off the stock market through swing trading?

I wanted to know if you have to pay back any of your unemployment due to capital gains from swing trading. I never took the money from my account and it is current still in stock but I did buy and sell the stocks. Most of the stocks were not held for less than 6 months.

No since income and capital gains are different.
Only income affects your unemployment

No, working (wages) and investing (capital gains) are two entirely different things. You can trade or invest all you want. You only need to pay unemployment back if you were working while collecting it. Trading is not the same as working.
